RUNNING SPRINGS, Ca. – A 51-year-old Running Springs man was arrested for the continuous abuse of a 10-year-old girl, authorities said.
On Monday, January 11, 2021, a 5-month sexual abuse investigation was completed, identifying John Ferdon as the suspect. Through further investigation, detectives collected information confirming the continous sexual abuse of the child.
Ferdon was arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center for continuous sexual abuse of a minor, under the age 14, with a bail of $250,000. On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Ferdon posted bond and was released from custody.
