SAN BERNARDINO – A 26-year-old San Bernardino man, with two outstanding felony warrants, was arrested Saturday morning after running from deputies. At around 8:13 a.m. deputies from the Central Station notice a man, later identified as Kenneth Connor riding a bicycle in and out of traffic near Waterman Avenue and San Bernardino Road.
The deputy attempted to stop him, but Conner would not stop and ran from the deputy causing a foot pursuit. The deputy quickly caught him and took him into custody. Deputies learned that Conner had two warrants for Burglary. He was subsequently booked into the West Valley Detention Center for both the warrants and resisting a peace officer, officials said.
