SAN JACINTO – A 42-year-old San Jacinto man was arrested for domestic violence and kidnapping Thursday morning. Authorities said on March 8, 2017, they were dispatched to the 1800 block of Villines Avenue in San Jacinto for the report of a domestic assault.
Through investigation, officers learned that the suspect, Jesus Millan had assaulted his girlfriend and several of her family members. He forced his girlfriend from the home and fled in a stolen red sedan. During the altercation, Milian also allegedly stole cash from the home. An area search was conducted, but Milian was not located. A description of the suspect and the stolen vehicle were broadcasted to allied agencies.
Hours later, at around 3:50 a.m. deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department located the suspect vehicle in the City of Norwalk. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) attempted to stop the vehicle on the 91 freeway. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit began. The vehicle returned to Riverside County where the suspect eventually stopped and was taken into custody without incident. Milian’s girlfriend was transported to the hospital for treatment sustained as a result of the incident.
Jesus Milian was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, mayhem, robbery, and theft of a vehicle and evading arrest.
