APPLE VALLEY, Calif. – Work is scheduled to begin on the Bear Valley Road bridge and Apple Valley Road intersection next week.
Contractors for Southern California Edison will be working on replacing utility poles. In order to reduce the impact on motorists, the work will all be done during the night. Eastbound traffic lanes will be reduced between the Bear Valley Road bridge and Apple Valley Road intersection, March 25 through April 3, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. each night. In addition, the sidewalks in the work zone will be closed.
All westbound Bear Valley Road lanes will remain open.
