HESPERIA – Are your sidewalk chalking abilities kind of a big deal? Do you make others stare in awe as you create your magnificent chalk creations? Now is your chance to show your skills!
The Hesperia Recreation and Park District will be having a sidewalk art competition on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Civic Plaza Park. All participating artists will have 2 full hours to create art based on the theme, “Why parks make life better”.
Civic Plaza Park is located near the Hesperia Library and Civic Center at 15833 Smoke Tree Street in the City of Hesperia. Pre-registration is required for the event and the price is $5 per artist. Those needing additional information should call (760)244-5488.
