VICTORVILLE – An 18-year-old Silverado High School student was arrested last week after assaulting his girlfriend authorities said.
On Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at around 12:45 p.m., Nathaniel Saul Macias and his girlfriend were involved in a verbal altercation. During the altercation, Macias grabbed the female victim’s phone. “When the victim attempted to get her phone back she was kicked multiple times by Macias,” said Victorville Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez. “Macias ran from the campus but was located by a deputy nearby.”
Macias was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for Battery. He is being held in lieu of $100,000 bail and scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
