SPRING VALLEY LAKE – Victor Valley Station Deputies worked alongside two San Bernardino County probation officers on proactive patrol in the Spring Valley Lake community on Friday.
The Spring Valley Lake community covers approximately 3.5 square miles between Victorville and Apple Valley. The unincorporated area is policed by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Victor Valley Station and has a population less than 8500.
The special operation included probation compliance checks, traffic enforcement, and pedestrian contacts. This operation began at 4:00 p.m. and ended at 11:00 p.m. In all, eleven people were arrested for offenses including outstanding warrants, possession of controlled substances, and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
