EASTVALE, Calif. – An Eastvale teen was arrested after burglarizing a home on February 7, 2019, at around 12:00 p.m.
The resident called the police to report the burglary in progress on Peach Blossom Street when he saw the teen on his video surveillance showing him inside the home. The victim was not home at the time of the burglary. Eastvale Police officers arrived at the home within minutes, but the suspect was gone. An area search was conducted with the assistance of the Sheriff’s K-9 and helicopter.
The resident shared a still photo of the suspect on social media and a citizen who recognized the suspect approached the officer. The suspect, a 17-year-old, was located inside a nearby home. He was subsequently booked into the Riverside County Juvenile Hall for Burglary and a Probation Violation.
