VICTORVILLE – A Victorville woman called 911 after two females attempted to force entry into a home on Thursday afternoon.
The resident told authorities that at around 1:56 p.m. the two black females rang the doorbell to the home in the 13300 block of Medicine Bow. The woman did not recognize the women, so she did not answer. The two females forced entry and then attempted to gain access to her home through a window.
“The resident began yelling and the females left the scene, one on foot and one in a red Toyota being driven by another person,” said Victorville Sheriff’s Station spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez.
The victim described the suspects as being 16-18 years old. One was reported to be wearing a black hooded jacket and black pants and the other was wearing a pink hooded jacket and pants. Deputies were unable to locate the suspects, but will continue to follow-up on the incident.
Anyone who has any information regarding the incident should call the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department at 760-956-5001.
