SAN JACINTO – Two male suspects were arrested after a man was rushed to the hospital by friends for treatment of a gunshot wound authorities said.
The incident was reported on Saturday, October 14, 2017, at around 2:05 p.m. San Jacinto Police responded to the 300 block of San Jacinto Avenue to investigate the shooting that led to the non-life-threatening injuries sustained by the victim. When officers arrived they surrounded the home belonging to the suspects. A brief standoff occurred, and eventually both suspects, identified as 35-year-old Daniel Sanchez Bambo and 43-year-old Edward Sanchez Bambo peacefully surrendered.
Through investigation, it was learned that there was an ongoing feud between the victim and suspects. The parties were involved in an argument, which led to the shots being fired.
