TWENTYNINE PALMS – Two teens are allegedly responsible for the theft of two motorcycles Friday morning. At around 1:00 a.m. a report was made indicating that two motorcycles were stolen from the 5900 block of Aztec Avenue in the City of Twentynine Palms. Evidence was found at the scene which led deputies to a desert area near Hansey Avenue and Two Mile Road.
The motorcycles were both recovered and the deputies found that two teens were responsible for the theft. The 15-year-old was cited and released to his parents and the 14-year-old was arrested for vehicle theft and possession of stolen property.
