VICTORVILLE – Two armed robbery suspects remain outstanding following the robbery of a Victorville liquor store on Tuesday night.
At around 9:45 p.m. dispatchers received the report of an armed robbery at the store located in the 16100 block of Green Tree Boulevard. Through investigation, it was learned that the two black men walked into the store armed with handguns and demanded money from the register. The two employees complied with the demands, and one of the employees was pistol-whipped before the suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. The two suspects fled eastbound on foot.
The pistol-whipped employee sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male adult, approximately 6’0” tall with an average build. He was last seen wearing a dark mask, a black hoodie sweatshirt, dark pants and red basketball type shoes with white markings. Suspect #2 is described as a black male adult, approximately 5’8”-5’10” tall with an average build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt with a white Nike “swoosh” on it, black basketball shorts with slits on the sides showing grey fabric, black socks, and black shoes.
