PALM DESERT – Two young Palm Desert men were arrested for numerous burglaries that took place on June 10th and 11th. On June 10, 2017, at around 11:00 p.m. Palm Desert Police responded to a burglary in the 1000 block of Pinehurst Lane. The burglaries continued throughout the 10th and into June 11th all in the same general area. The Palm Desert Burglary Suppression Unit responded to assume the investigation.
The suspects, 21-year-old Jeremiah Jackson and 18-year-old Francisco Segovia were identified and arrested on June 29, 2017. Jackson was arrested and booked into the Riverside County Jail, located in the city of Indio, for numerous counts of burglary and violation of probation. Segovia was booked into the Larry D Smith Correctional Facility, located in Banning, for numerous counts of burglary.
Some property suspected to be connected with the burglaries has since been recovered. Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Palm Desert Police Department at 760-836-1600, or they can call anonymously at 760-341-STOP (7867).
