POMONA, Calif. – Over 15 people were arrested during a 2-day undercover prostitution sting along the Holt Avenue corridor in the City of Pomona.
The undercover prostitution operation was conducted over the last two days and was conducted by the Pomona and Azusa Police Departments and the Baldwin Park Highway Patrol. The charges included Prostitution or Loitering for Prostitution.
“Officers working in an undercover capacity made contact with would be “Johns” and prostitutes along Holt Ave,” Pomona Police officials said. “Once the contact was initiated, officers were able to negotiate various sexual acts in exchange for money. When the deal was complete, the suspects were contacted by uniformed officers and arrested.”
