Upland Man Arrested for the Distribution of Child Pornography

UPLAND, Ca. – An Upland man, who offered music lessons to young children was arrested for possession of around 100 videos containing child pornography.

Detectives with the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICSC) Task Force learned that Xiong Cheng, 26, was downloading and distibuting child pornography over the internet. Detectives responded to the 1900 block of Apple Tree Place with a search warrant where they found the Cheng was in possession of around 100 child pornographic videos.

Cheng was learned to have been giving music lessons to young children at his home or at their home. Detective have no information about any potential victims. Several electronic devices were taken from the home.

Cheng was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for possession and distribution of child pornography.
