VICTORVILLE – Are you looking for a new family dog? Or is your dog not yet protected from common K-9 illnesses with vaccinations? Need a microchip to increase the chance of your dog safely returning home after becoming lost?
On Saturday, October 14, 2017, the City of Victorville and the Victor Valley Animal Protective League Humane Society is hosting a vaccination and adoption event at the Victorville City Hall, conveniently located at 14343 Civic Drive. During the event, low-cost vaccinations including Bordetella and Rabies for $8 and DHPP for $17 will be offered to High Desert residents. In addition, licensing services will be available for Victorville residents. Vaccinations must be paid for with cash only, dog licensing can be paid by cash, check, or debit/credit.
Dogs in need of a home will be made available at this event for $25 for dogs over 4 months old and $45 for those over 4 months old. Adoption includes vaccines, spay/neuter, and a microchip. Bring your proof of license for your dog and receive a microchip free of charge. Those who do not qualify can purchase a reduced price microchip for only $10.
Dogs must be crated or leashed at all times during the event and must be under the control of an adult. No coupons or promo codes will be accepted during the event.
