VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A Victorville couple was arrested for physical abuse and the molestation of a female juvenile.
On September 4, 2019, the Victorville Police Department began investigating the report of injuries to a child and the possible molestation. The reporting party said that the victim had visible signs of abuse and 39-year-old Eriberto (Beto) and 41-year-old Louisa Romo Perez, were responsible for them. Detectives learned that Eiberto Perez, held the victim against her will in a locked room and assaulted her. Rather than defending the young victim, Louisa Perez, further victimized her when she heard of the abuse by striking her multiple times.
Louisa Perez was arrested in the 13300 block of Fern Hollow Way in the City of Victorville, on September 4, 2019, and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for inflicting injury on a child. Through further investigation into the molestation, an arrest warrant for Eriberto Perez was issued on September 9, 2019, for false imprisonment and annoying or molesting a child. On September 11, 2019, at 12:36 a.m. he was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
At approximately 12:36 am on September 11, 2019, Eriberto Perez was arrested at his home, on the 13300 block of Fern Hollow Way in the City of Victorville and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. Both have been released on bail, Louisa at around 2:00 p.m. on September 5, 2019, and Eriberto Perez on September 11, 2019, at 7:38 a.m.
Authorities believe that Eriberto Perez may have additional victims that have not come forward.
