VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A Victorville man and woman were arrested for an attempted burglary on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.
At around 2:30 p.m. a deputy from the Victorville Station was flagged down by a man who said he had witnessed two suspects breaking into his neighbors home in the 16100 block of Pamela Lane. The deputy learned that the suspects later identified as Vivian Johnell Goodpasture, 24, and Patrick Russell Marley, 29, used a rock to break a window and remove the screen.
The suspects were not able to make entry into the home and both were arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for attempted burglary. Goodpasture is being held in lieu of $25,000 bail. Marley is being held without bail as a result of a Mohave County Arizona warrant for his arrest.
