VICTORVILLE – A Victorville man and woman were arrested on Thursday after OnStar notified authorities that a stolen vehicle was showing that it was in the county area of Victorville.
The vehicle was reported to be stolen from Monrovia on Wednesday night, but the address OnStar provided was in the 13900 block of Cahuenga Road. Victor Valley station deputies were dispatched to the area to locate the vehicle. When they arrived the noticed two subject get into the vehicle and attempt to start it. The deputies wrote a search warrant for the home where the vehicle was located and while searching they located another stolen vehicle. Also located was a stolen firearm and ammunition.
Aaron Valles, 25, and Sandra Gomez, 23, were both arrested at the home for possession of stolen vehicles and possession of stolen property. Valles, a convicted felon was also booked for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Both were booked into the High Desert Center and both have since been released on bail.
