VICTORVILLE – A 30-year-old Victorville man was arrested for the battery of his mother last week officials said.
Daniel Joseph Chase was involved in an argument with his mother on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at around 3:48 a.m. Sheriff’s officials said that his mother broke his gaming system, causing 6’3 tall, 300-pound man to slap her multiple times after pushing her to the ground.
Deputies responded to the apartment complex in the 14900 block of Arlette Drive for the report of an assault. The victim declined medical attention. Chase was arrested for Battery on a Person and was cited and released from custody at 4:50 p.m. the same day. He will be required to appear at the Victorville Superior Court at a later date.
