VICTORVILLE – A Victorville transient was arrested after exposing and touching himself near a Victorville Bank of America on Monday Morning.
Ly Nguyen, 63, was reported by an employee at the Bank of America located at 14723 Seventh Street. A deputy arrived at the scene and suspect Nguyen pulled his pants up. Nguyen was arrested for indecent exposure. He was cited and was released on Tuesday evening.
