VICTORVILLE – A 50-year-old Victorville man was arrested for allegedly threatening and firing a gun at Premier Auto Motors on Tuesday. Just after 6:00 p.m. deputies responded to a call reporting shots fired on the 15200 block of Palmdale Road.
The reporting party indicated that a Hispanic man wearing a black shirt, black shorts, a red bandanna and glasses fired a round from his weapon after an altercation prior to fleeing the scene on a black motorcycle. No one was injured as a result of this incident.
Padilla was located near Fresno Street and Forrest Avenue near his Gazelle Street residence Wednesday morning where he was taken into custody without further incident. He was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for being a felon in possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm and criminal threats. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail and is due to appear in court Thursday afternoon.
