Victorville Transient Arrested for Indecent Exposure at McDonald’s
VICTORVILLE – A 23-year-old Victorville transient was arrested for indecent exposure after standing in the McDonald’s drive-thru lanes with his pants dropped around his ankles on Sunday.
At around 9:00 a.m. deputies from the Victorville Station responded to a call reporting indecent exposure at the McDonald’s located in the 14500 block of Palmdale Road. The reporting party stated that the suspect, Peter Chavez, was prompting employees to call deputies. When deputies arrived, Chavez was still standing in the drive-thru with his pants still falling off. The deputy attempted to help Chavez pull his pants back up, but according to Victorville Sheriff’s Station Spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez, they fell again exposing his genitals.
Chavez refused to attempt to keep his pants up even with the deputy’s attempt to reason with him. He was arrested for Indecent Exposure. He was cited and released from custody on Sunday at around 5:45 p.m. with no court date scheduled at this time.
