VICTORVILLE – A 57-year-old Victorville woman was arrested for the stabbing of her 49-year-old ex-husband.
On Sunday, June 17, 2018, at around 8:40 p.m. Rhonda Scheidt and Timothy Gould were involved in an argument in their shared home in the Greenbriar Mobile Home Park, located 14411 Palmdale Road in the City of Victorville. The argument escalated and Scheidt stabbed him in the upper arm and fled the location. Gould exited the home and was witnessed walking down the street as he bled profusely from his arm.
Gould was airlifted to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries. Deputies obtained a search warrant for the home the victim and suspect. During the search, evidence, including the weapon used in the stabbing was collected. On Monday, June 18, 2018, Scheidt was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for Attempted Murder. She is being held in lieu of $1,000,000.
