VICTORVILLE – Deputies from the Victorville station are investigating a robbery at the Walgreens store located at 15318 Roy Rogers Drive on Wednesday morning. At around 8:16 a.m. deputies responded to the report of a robbery that had just occurred at the store. Witnesses said that the suspects jumped over the counter and demanded cash. The store clerk complied and the suspects fled northbound with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspects were only described as two black males in their 20’s. Victorville Sheriff’s Station spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez said that no suspects are in custody as of Wednesday afternoon but the investigation is ongoing. No weapons were seen during the robbery and no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
