VICTORVILLE – At around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning the owner of Conchita’s Barber Shop on the 11700 block of Hesperia Road was opening her place of business when she noticed a man in the shop. She screamed out telling the reporting party to call the police.
The woman described the unknown male as a Hispanic man, around 5’5 to 5’6” tall, with short black hair. He was last seen on foot heading in a Southwest direction on Hesperia Road toward 1st Avenue.
Ground and air units as of 9:15 a.m. are conducting an area check. There are no injuries reported as a result of the incident, it is unclear if the suspect is armed but the victim said that it appeared as though he had a wire in his pocket.
