LANCASTER, Calif. – Authorities in Antelope Valley are asking for the public’s help to locate a woman wanted for stealing and using a victim’s credit card.
Tricia Marie Madrid is a 34-year-old Hispanic woman. She is around 5’5” with brown hair and eyes. Madrid has a no-bail warrant on an unrelated burglary case and is a parolee at large.
