VICTORVILLE – The City of Victorville Community Services is a city department that plans and conducts programs and activities and is responsible for the design and development, maintenance and repair of city-owned buildings Victorville City Officials said. The department also cleans up much of what others leave behind when dumping in the desert.

Just this year, the Community Services Department has collected  297 sofas; 395 mattresses; 1,143 tires, 70 tons of debris; and cleaned over 1,070 locations. Through the hard work of these people, the city is attempting to recapture the beauty of the desert areas prior to the dumping.

County code enforcement has made reporting faster and easier with the smartphone apps available on the Apple Play or on Google Play by searching “SB Code”.
