Hundreds of 18 ounce O Organics Vegetable Trays with Creamy Ranch Dressing Dip are being voluntarily recalled due to undeclared eggs, milk and soy. These ingredients can pose an allergen risk to those with those specific food allergies. The recalled products are those with the Best if Used by date (found on the upper left corner of the packaging) of August 11, 2016, with the barcode of UPC barcode: 21130 98428.
No other O Organics products are affected and no illnesses from the recalled product have been reported to date. The recall is done as a precautionary measure. These products were sold at Albertsons, ACME, Carrs, Haggen, Pavilions, Pak ‘N Save, Safeway, Shaw’s, Star Market,Tom Thumb and Vons stores in the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Washington.
Those who have purchased the product and are allergic to egg, milk, and soy should not consume the product. The affected product can be returned to the store for a full refund.
