WASHINGTON D.C. – The U.S. Marshals are looking for a man that they believe is responsible for the killing of a 10-year-old girl who was trying to buy ice cream.
Authorities are offering a $5000 reward for information that may lead to the capture of Isaiah Murchison. Murchison is one of eleven people indicted by a grand jury in June in the July 2018 shooting death of Makiyah Wilson. The 10-year-old child was trying to buy ice cream in her Northeast D.C. neighborhood. Murchison, a known member of the Wellington Park Crew, was charged with first-degree murder.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Murchison is urged to contact the Metropolitan Police at (202) 727-9099, send an anonymous text to 50411, or send an anonymous tip to the Marshals at http://www.usmarshals.gov/tips
