RANCHO CUCAMONGA – Detectives are attempting to locate a missing Rancho Cucamonga man who they fear may be suicidal. On Monday, December 3, 2018, at 1:45 a.m., a woman called 9-1-1 to report that her boyfriend, Omar Pena, 33, said that he was suicidal and would fight the police. During the call transfer to Sheriff’s dispatch, the line disconnected.
Deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga station responded to the 6400 block of Laguna Place. As they were arriving at the area, dispatchers were informed that Pena was leaving the location in his white 2011 BMW 328i with CA license plate # 6TBW359. Pena owns several firearms registered to him. Pena is known to frequent Chuze Fitness on Foothill Boulevard and Lion Street in Rancho Cucamonga.
Pena has black hair, brown eyes, 6’1”, 185 pounds and was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
Detectives have been unable to locate Pena and are asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone with information about Omar Pena or his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately or call Valley Dispatch at (909)941-1488.
