The Merced County Sheriff’s Department has activated a blue alert after a suspect was involved in a shooting with deputies.
Guadalupe Herrera, 51, is possibly driving a white 2013 GMC Sierra CA Plate 25599H1. Hererra-Lopez is a Hispanic man, 5’7” tall, and 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and ling brown hair. He also has a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and dark jeans.
He is considered armed and dangerous, as police believe he may be in possession of a semi-automatic handgun. If you see the suspect you should immediately call 911.
