TULSA, OK. – An Oklahoma man is charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the domestic violence assault that killed a woman and her unborn child.
On Monday, April 15, 2019, police responded to a home in the 12900 block of E. 35th Street in the City of Tulsa for the report of a domestic assault and battery. When they arrived they learned that Colby Wilson, had beaten his pregnant live-in girlfriend, 21-year-old Allyssa Fielding. When police and emergency medical personnel arrived, she had not pulse and Wilson’s mother was performing CPR on her.
Authorities said that she was 6 months pregnant and the baby also no longer had a heartbeat. Fielding was immediately found to be brain dead and had multiple severe injuries including collapsed lungs and fractures to her skull.
Authorities later said that based on previous calls to the home and evidence at the scene it is believe that Allyssa Fielding was held captive for months. Evidence indicates that the abuse was ongoing and Wilson was extremely jealous and forbid her from leaving the home.
Fielding died on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, as a result of her injuries.
