POMONA – A 37-year-old Hesperia man was arrested in Pomona for sex trafficking a teen in late August authorities said.
John Willie Morgan was arrested on Friday, August 25, 2017, and has since been charged with Human Trafficking of a minor. Officers said that they saw the 15-year-old female walking along Holt attempting to solicit prostitution. When she returned, she entered Morgan’s 2007 gray Saturn. Morgan was arrested and was booked into the Pomona Jail, he has since been moved to the Pitchess Detention Center in the City of Castaic. He is being held in lieu of $1.5 million bail.
