This and all HDHS fundraisers help to support homeless men, women, and children in the community as they work hard to get back into permanent housing. High Desert Homeless Services (HDHS) is a 55-bed homeless shelter serving clients of all ages. Clients stay at the shelter anywhere from 30-120 days, while shelter, food, personal care items, and clothing are provided to them so that they can fully focus on finding permanent housing. HDHS not only provides for the tangible needs of the clients, but also provides assistance with GED preparation, job search, resume building, computer literacy, and numerous workshops in order to assist clients in sustaining and maintaining permanent housing.
For more information on pre-ordering tickets, the event itself, and or sponsorship opportunities call James Wilson at (760) 596-9872.
