RANCHO CUCAMONGA– A male Instructional Assistant with the Los Osos High School has been detained for allegedly having touched a female disabled student inappropriately.
On March 7, 2018, at around 10:44 a.m., a deputy with the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department was assigned to a Sexual Battery incident that allegedly took place at Los Osos High School. An allegation was that an adult male Instructional Assistant employed by Los Osos High School had inappropriately touched the victim who is a 21-year-old, disabled, female.
The male Instructional Assistant was detained and has been removed from the Los Osos High School campus. The investigation of this case is ongoing and has been referred to the District Attorney’s Office for review.
