PERRIS – The magic of Christmas is impossible to ignore with the lights, the sounds, and the hustle and bustle of excited shoppers as the choose just the right gifts for those on their list. Much of the excitement is undoubtedly the children and the sparkle in their eyes as Christmas nears. The time of year is busy, especially for Santa Claus and his elves, but they have made time to visit the good little boys and girls at the Orange Empire Railway in the City of Perris. Your family is invited to an annual holiday tradition on December 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, or 19th.
Meet Santa himself at the North Pole workshop, and enjoy elve-lead Christmas songs, holiday trivia games, storytelling, and holiday treats while on the train. Santa and Mrs. Clause will available to visit in the play area. The play area includes Thomas train tables, a child-powered roller coaster, and crafts for children of all ages.
Train times are 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m, 5:30 p.m and 7 p.m on Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 and 7 p.m. on Friday. Trains are filling up fast.
