MIDWEST CITY, OK. – A 4-year-old girl was raped by a man who slipped into the bathroom she was using during a McDonald’s field trip, police said.
The daycare field trip was in a play area of the Midwest City McDonald’s on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. The girl was allowed to use the bathroom since it was within the play area. When she did not come out several minutes later, daycare workers checked on the small child. The door was locked and no one said anything when they knocked.
Joshua Kabatra , 37, came out and claimed he had been washing his hands inside the restroom. Daycare staff spoke with the small child and learned that the man had sexually assaulted her. Kaberea was arested for first-degree rape and lewd acts with a child.
