LOUISVILLE, KY. – A man who raped a woman in 2017 and was ruled mentally incompetent, dismissing the case has now been arrested for raping and robbing an 8-year-old girl.
The Louisville, Kentucky man allegedly raped, robbed and fractured the small victims head with a shovel on Friday August 9, 2019. Cane Madden, 29, was arrested for first-degree rape, assault, and robbery. In court on Monday morning, a not guilty plea was entered on Madden’s behalf, but the public defender’s request to have the charges dismissed were declined.
Tha man allegedly beat the young child with a shovel and stole her iPad. The girl suffered a fractured skull and injuries consistent with rape. Madden initially admitted to the incident.
