WEST COVINA, Calif. – The West Covina Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate a critical missing boy.
Victor Garcia, 12, is Hispanic, 4’9″, 92 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at around 5:10 p.m. at Queen of the Valley Hospital. At around 5:10 p.m. he ran away from the hospital. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray jacket and blue jeans.
