RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A Rancho Cucamonga man who was found to have approximately 29,000 child pornographic images and videos on his electronic storage devices was arrested on Tuesday officials said.
An investigation led by detectives from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force led to a home in the 5000 block of Topaz Street in the City of Rancho Cucamonga to serve a search warrant late in the morning of Tuesday, April 24, 2018. When they arrived they made contact with the 26-year-old resident, Kyle Martinez. During the search, evidence was collected to support the preliminary investigation allegation that Martinez was distributing child pornography over the internet.
Martinez was taken into custody without incident. Storage devices loaded with tens of thousands of child pornography images and videos were collected as evidence. Martinez was booked into the West Valley Detention Center and was released on bail on April 25, 2018, at around 2:30 a.m.
