RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A 32-year-old Rancho Cucamonga resident was arrested for attempting to distribute child pornography.
Detectives from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force discovered Kevin Gipson was advertising to distribute child pornography over the internet from his home. Detectives quickly discovered that Gipson was a registered sex offender for a prior conviction for possessing child pornography.
A search warrant was served at his home in the 6000 block of Messina Place in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. He was taken into custody without incident. Child pornographic images and videos were found on his electronic storage devices. Gipson was booked into the Fontana Police Department and later transported to the West Valley Detention Center.
