Stater Bros. Charities and Operation Community Cares is providing care packages to local deployed service members. Stater Bros. Charity officials said that this is being done to let service members know that the community is thinking about them. Each care package is valued at $50 and includes snacks and toiletries.
Anyone who would like to donate can go to the Operation Community Cares website. There is a list of needed donations and a list of drop-off locations available. To request a care package for a local service member, you can request it here.
Stater Bros. Charities is a 501(c)(3) is a non-profit organization that supports the critical needs of the communities. Since 2008, nearly $21 million has gone to organizations that help to feed and educate those in the community and assist veterans and active service members. Customer support and the Stater Bros.
