TEMECULA – Temecula police are asking for the public’s help to identify a male suspect responsible for the robbery of a retail business on Tuesday afternoon. At around 2:00 p.m. officers responded to the report of a robbery at the business located in the 32000 block of Temecula Parkway in the City of Temecula.
When they arrived they learned that just before the time of the call, the suspect put several items of merchandise in a shopping cart and left the business without paying. Employees confronted the man and a struggle ensued. The suspect escaped and left with the merchandise driving a black car. Officers were not able to locate the suspect vehicle.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his mid-30’s, around 5’8” tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair, and a receding hairline. He was driving a 1990 model black Buick Century 4-door.
