POMONA – At around 5:10 p.m. on Saturday, November 5th an 18-year-old man was shot in the area of San Antonio Avenue and Kingsley Avenue in the City of Pomona. The unknown suspect(s) were driving in a gray Chevrolet Impala and shot at the victim’s vehicle. The bullet struck the victim in the upper torso. The suspects then fled northbound on San Antonio Avenue.
According to Pomona Police Department Lieutenant Marcus Perez, the victim was transported to the hospital and remains in stable condition. The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time and police are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed this incident.
