ADELANTO – A home-invasion robbery was reported in the City of Adelanto on Saturday night. At around 7:05 p.m. a resident at the Sonterra apartments located in the 11200 block of Chamberlaine Way reported that two men forced their way into the home. The suspects had a knife and a silver semi-automatic handgun according to the reporting party.
The two black men fled the scene with the victim’s jewelry. Thet left the apartments in a white Kia 4-door sedan with tinted windows with a Raiders sticker on the back. The vehicle was last seen heading northbound on Highway 395.
Suspect #1 was described as a black man with dreadlocks with blonde tips. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with Indian designs and blue jeans. Suspect #2 is described as a black man with short wavy black hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the robbery. It is unknown if the suspects were known to the victim or if any arrests have been made at this time. Information will be updated as it is received.
