UPDATE (4:10 a.m.): The child victim is confirmed deceased by LA County Sheriff’s officials. There is no suspects information available for release at this time. The LA County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau is on scene conducting an investigation.
ALTADENA – A child and adult were shot and rushed to the hospital with serious injuries Tuesday night, officials said.
The shooting occurred sometime after 10:30 p.m. in the area near Figueroa Drive and Olive Avenue. The age of the victims and exact injuries have not been disclosed but authorities say they were both in critical condition during transport to the hospital.
