VICTORVILLE – An Apple Valley and an Adelanto man were arrested for mail theft on Tuesday authorities said.

Sheriff’s officials said that at around 3:23 a.m. a deputy from the Victorville Station was on patrol when he noticed a vehicle near the UPS and FedEx drop boxes on Civic Drive near Park Avenue in the City of Victorville.
