VICTORVILLE, Calif. – Authorities are asking for help to identify a male suspect who stole a victim’s EBT (CalFresh/Calworks) benefits last month.
On Saturday, February 2, 2019, the victim was shopping at the El Super Market in Victorville and used her EBT card to pay for her purchase. A Black man was standing behind her in line and somehow obtained the information on her card and made a large purchase using her card number. The suspect is is an unknown black male adult who appears to be between 20-25 years old. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black and white shoes, and a black and blue hooded sweatshirt with a NASA logo on it.
