NORWALK, Calif. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to locate Yessel Guadalupe Lopez, 19, of Norwalk. Yessel was last seen on Sunday, February 3, 2019, at 10:00 p.m. when she left her home on the 12100 block of Pine Street in Norwalk.
Yessel suffers from schizophrenia and her family said that she has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old. Her family is extremely concerned with her well-being. Yessel is 5’2, 175 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes, and braces.
